Give newspro.cgi a background texture!

Themes requires the UserGroups addon.

Themes simply adds a property in "Edit User" which allows you to specify the URL to a GIF or JPEG (or any image supported by your browser). After you save and then refresh the page, that image will be used as the background pattern for all your newspro pages!

Pretty nifty, eh?
