Allows the use of UserGroups variables in viewnews.cgi

UserGroups for ViewNews allows you to use the $UGP_ICQ, $UGP_URL, etc variables from within viewnews.cgi.

You must open vna_usergroups.pl in a text editor and add the fields you wish to use at the top of the file, as per the examples. You can see that there are already a few fields filled in for you: these are the 2 default UserGroups fields used by groups, and the 2 fields from the addon Dossier. You may add your own as you please. There is no need to define a min edit level since that won't be used in viewnews.
