Returns an image based on version information

I'm making this available for all to see. It's a simple script for notifying a user of an update to an addon. It accepts the name and version of the addon as input, and returns one of three images:

* up to date

* new version available

* error

It may need to be modified to work with your Coranto/NewsPro newsdat.txt file, as it expects the version information to be a specific field in the database.
